On Nov 13, 2008 9:00 AMShouldn't the volume to cost ratio be similar? A small Indie book should be 4.99 and a big publisher should be 2.99. That doesn't seem to be the case though. Are the Indies shorting themselves to be competitive or have the publishers gotten too big and need to trim some fat?
