I just can't afford any more $3.99 titles, especially a weekly one!

There's an upside to this. If you don't like something, don't buy it. If it fails, they will stop. A great example of this is $3.99 comics. I'm thinking long and hard about buying any $3.99 comics, and as a result my weekly pull list doesn't include many of them. If enough of us do that, we will see fewer titles above $2.99.
