As a guy who's spent a little time around Kirkman, and you're totally entitled to your opinion, he's not at all a douche.  He's incredibly sincere, and that "intimidation" thing your talking about is pretty much ironic.  He's a giant friendly teddy bear, and the guy really, sincerely appreciates his fans.  I've never noticed a hint of what you're alluding to.

Hester did write the Coffin, which was really good. I also saw him on a panel once, and thought he was really funny, so I want to like him for that.

@zerodni - You've got me a couple years older than I actually am.  Also, not dead. We're figuring out ways to use some of these concepts and ideas going forward.  They were fun for us as well.

I lived in California for 8 years, and those are my old plates. Just for the record, my wife wasn't at all upset, because she's awesome.  What sort of controlling harpies did you poor bastards marry anyway?  ;-)
