06.03.2009 - Batman and Robin #1

On Jun 3, 2009 9:31 PM

It wasn't my pick, but I agree with everything said here.  Pyg was a bit too disturbing for me, but I'm interested to see where it was going.  Damian Wayne is about the same age as young Bruce was.  And Damian needs Dick to show him the way.  That's what I think is going on here.

'Star Trek: Countdown' - A Review

On May 21, 2009 9:00 AM

The recent Creative Screenwriting Magazine podcast for "Star Trek" with Kurtzman and Orci show that they actually wanted a closer relationship with Spock and Nero in original drafts.  The mind meld was written and rewritten several times.  Still, I read this (it's also $4 on the iPhone from iverse media - $1 each), and while I thought Nero's knowledge of Starfleet history ...

Continuity, Keep Your Universe to Yourself

On Nov 10, 2008 11:45 AM

My only response is that the nonexistent subplot didn't happen because it would destract from the actual story of the annual. That being said, Curt Conners may have been a better choice.

The Handoff

On Jun 2, 2008 2:04 AM

This is a great event to post on.  You're off to a good start (and the pressure is mounting)  speaking of Mystique and Handoffs - the handoff from Vaughan to McKeever was alright, but McKeever never lived up to what Vaughan established.
