I'm sorry if I sound like a caveman on this (I go to school in Maine, so I guess that counts?) but what exactly is a kindle/how does it work? 

Excellent choice for a pick. I had a really light week (five books) and the only thing that came even close to being my pick was Sgt. Rock (only because I'm a sucker for war stories). The 25 or so issues of checkmate Rucka did were some of my favorite comics I've ever read, so getting another (with Snapper Carr!) was AWESOME

Oh gosh, I'm excited for every book I'm gettin' this week: Rage of the Red Lanterns, Hellboy, Wolverine: First Class and Superman. Bonus: I suggest Disney's the Three Caballeros (Josh as Jose the Parrot, Connor as Panchito the orange bird, and Ron as Donald Duck). Me? I'm going as a guy from Top Gun (mostly as an excuse to wear my flight suit my friend just sent me, but also I kinda forgot ha...

oh Jesus this is going to be big... I've got 2 weeks of books to read now (which, granted, is only a total of 12 or so). Lookin' forward to Final Crisis (and the assorted tie-ins which are all EXCELLENT), and I might pick up the New Krypton Special. Bonus: grubs and centipedes... grubs don't actually taste that bad 

Two excellent books that are lead-ins to The Blackest Night? Sign me up! Also, I seem to be one of the few that actually enjoys Revelations, so I'm lookin' forward to that too. Bonus: Sleep, lots and lots of sleep. In lieu of that, chicken soup 

I never really dug Halloween growing up. I got a cool flight suit the other day from a buddy of mine in the air force, so I think that along with a few of the random patches I've collected throughout the years (including one that's the SHIELD emblem and one from WIll Smith's squadron in Independence Day) and a pair of aviators will do the trick for a college halloween dance (hey, it kinda worke...

I never really read this, but one of my good friend's (possibly ex, I'm not) boyfriends was really into comics and gave her this to read and her reaction was, and I quote, "no girl actually talks like this, at least where I'm from (New Orleans)" So it's entirely possible that the intended audience wasn't buying it (literally and figuratively) and people were just running out of storie...

on the vegetarian theme, Myriad from Dynamo 5 is a vegetarian, and I think there are a couple of others who've stated their philosophy on eating somewhere along the line...

And... I just got another book I'm going to be reading.... Can't wait
