I'm a college student working on my history degree and my teaching certification. I work at my local Barnes & Noble full time as well, and balancing work and school can get pretty hectic. I got into comics in high school by picking up an issue of Exiles and Nightwing on a trip to Waldenbooks. The issues hooked me, and from their my addiction grew.

The iFanboy Skip Week Challenge 2009!
On Dec 29, 2009 3:49 PMI bought the Darkness 80 and 81. It was a nice two-story arc and I thought it was pretty good. The book seems to be about Jackie and a small group of criminals hunting down artifacts related to the big bad. I had fun reading it and liked that the "hero" of the book isn't the best role-model around.

It is what I do for fun, and I don't really want it to portray politics or current events directly.
