The directors cuts do not include the Tales of the Black Frieghter cartoon, that will be on the ultimate with the motion comic and under the hood. There is not a blu ray version of the theatrical cut, but both the blu ray and the dvd  directors cut will have the theatrical version as the digital download. Most of the art shown was kirby. thosed were the stories in the pre hero marvel monster series like tales to astonish, journey into mystery etc. they were likely written by stan lee. many great stories were reprinted in the monster masterworks, and more recently amazing fantasy onibus. many of these original comics are very hard to find and feature art from kirby ditko and many silver age greats.

this will be my first nycc. Wizardworld has just become blah, san diego has become a hollywood trade show, and my local motor city comic con is kind of  a dump (but i still love it). i look forward to this becoming my new favorite con. and i hop i can mee some of you too.
