I just now got a job a couple of days ago. So my buying of comics still consists of browsing at the LCS. Still looking forward to it. BQ: Sour Patch Kids best candy for all occasions.

There's a Market for It

I really liked a lot of Wildstorm stuff during 2000-2001, only a little bit of it has been reprinted (sleeper, some Authority) but some of that stuff was great and got me back into comics. I loved that Stormwatch series that never finished because the writer lied about serving in the military. The book got canceled before the last issue of a storyline. What happened with Baron Chaos?!?!?

Can I Afford Comics?

On Oct 14, 2009 12:00 PM

I am unemployed at the moment so my reading of comics has been from going to the store and flipping through them and then listening to podcasts. Whenever I get employed I will probably end up going to trades. Especially since I got rid of 90% of my single issues before I moved. Great article mike!

'Human Target' comes (back) to TV in January 2010

On Sep 23, 2009 9:00 AM

The Vertigo series was great. Reached into a lot of elements of impersonating someone so much you actaully trick yourself into believing you are that person and what mental damage that does. If you are an actor it's quite interesting. This looks fun, but the best part was him pretending to be the target.
