I think the man on the street angle kind of killed it for me.  If it was a more omniscient observer narrator like The Angel in The Marvels Project I would of liked it more.  I couldn't work up much enthusiasm for any of it.  The KubertxDos art was gorgeous.

Good ending and only about interestng by half. Three issues in and not everything is working all the time and no single plot has taken a strong lead as my favorite the way the Booster plot did in 52.  Maybe Martian Manhunter's.

I loved it.  It was entertaining and dense and it set-up a lot of interesting plot threads. The oral history thing was cooler than I thought it would be.  Loved that Kang still talked like a Silver Age villain.

Bendis has gotten better at writing single issues.

They used to be 5 minute reads and these days they take about 12 to 15 (Ultimate Spider-Man especially and Siege has been a recent exception to this.)

The cover aside Romita Jr.'s art was his standard greatness and the Kang entrance scene was particulary effective and dramatic.

Luke Cage's reaction was veeerry interesting and I can't wait for it to be expanded on in New Avengers.

Story and Art both get a 4 out of 5 for me.
