Oh man, i cannot wait to read what you think about JLU, I didn't know you've never seen it. JLU is where I was exposed to The Question for the first time. JLU is on my top 5 list of greatest animated series ever....possibly number 1. 

i actually like the invincible series.  i think the voice acting is actually really good.  The part that I actually really appreciate is the music.  I think it captures the mood and tone of the comic really well.  If it were being sold on DVD would I buy it? No. However, it's something that is fun to have on my ipod.

artwise i grumbled through this issue until i got to a Terry Dodson page, like many others in the iFanbase, I hate Land's work.

Everything you said in this post I completely agree with.  I have no advice for you because I am in the same boat.  It's nice to know that I'm not alone in feeling this way, though.  thanks for the great post Mike

@Tork I agree with you, I think that Ra's name MUST be the most mispronounced name in all of coimc book.  I'm gonna go on record as LOVING the batmobile, and really not enjoying Katie Holmes at all....I really look forward to seeing Maggie G. step in to that role.  How many of the NYC ifanbase will be at the 12:30AM showing at the AMC 25 in times square??

wow, people where's the love? I for one, love Powers and don't understand the people who DON'T like it, everyone I give the trades to eat them up like candy. granted I don't agree with the POW a lot of times, but wow, some of you guys are really angry  dudes.....it's just their opinion, they're not saying you're a fool for not liking this book the best this week, it's just THEIR favor...

i don't know, i think that Tattooed Angelina trumps Tomb Raider Angelina, but it's all personal preference.

I twitted my responses to the ifanboy tweet about this topic and to see the amount of resposes here on the site since it's posting is amazing.  I know it's been said a lot already but cutting it down to one vol. is kinda hard, i think that's the case with anime and mange, a lot of them move slowly but with great character moments.  for example one story arch can take up 10-12 volumes...
