I missed the first couple issues of Detective cause I was out of town and my shop didn't pull.  I am using it as an excuse to do my first trade waiting.  I think I might just go all out and wait for the Absolute Edition of this but that could be years so I might given in with some deluxe hardcovers.

Supergirl is definitly a part of the team for Tiny Titans.  That pretty much means instant win.  Also, you can't forget the power of penquins with rocket jet packs.  They are unstoppable.

Can I Afford Comics?

Ya, I finally started trying to prune my pull list down and keep track of my expenses more.  The first thing to go for me would be the more mainstream titles that I don't have to worry about going away and feel that finding trades for them at a later date would be reletively easy.

New Comics for 10/14/2009 Is Crunching Through Leaves

The last couple weeks only had a couple titles, now I know where they all went. Batman, DMZ, Fables, Green Lantern Corps, Hellboy: Wild Hunt, JSA vs Kobra, Scalped, and The Walking Dead.

I understand your point but I would have to disagree with it.  The Hulk being a redneck is, in my opinion, a flaw in a otherwise great series. My dislike for a choice the creator makes is not a nitpick.  It is a disagreement.  Nitpicks are matters of fact, likes/dislikes are matters of opinion.  The two are simply different and to call someones honest crtique a nitpick is ...
