That was wonderful, kudos to you girls! You did a fantastic job at capturing the essence of conventions. That question about a Green Lantern becoming a Phoenix host...that nearly sent my brains out the back of my skull. I haven't thought about comics like that in a long time. Good stuff.  Cons are the best. I am looking forward to Windy City at the end of this month.

Nice cameo fellas! Part of the reason I started downloading podcasts was to find old serialized radio recordings like The Shadow. I had no idea about the wealth of new material out there. On the fictional side, gems have been hard to find, but so far I've really liked Wormwood, and The Decoder Ring Theater. This was a nice addition to my morning playlist, I'd like to check it out from the begin...

Cap #42, time for the showdown! BQ: I have been doing a bit of late night binging on Heroes, catching up through my Netflix instant queque. Started on Friday, nearly through the first season already. 

I got away from Batman Confidential real early. From the discussion about this story on Around Comics, and this write up here, I feel like I've missed something good. Really looking forward to seeing this traded.

@Dan - That's awful. Poor guy, you nearly lost ear. Brings up a good point about how a lot of kids might first get exposed to comics though, through injuries or ailments. I think it was only tonsils, but I was 7 the first time I ever got some comics of my own, one of those tri-packs of back issues from a hospital gift shop. Mighty Mouse, Batman, and The Punisher were a nice distraction. @Mike...
