Paul, I heard an interview where Lemire describes the book as his lover letter to Twin Peaks. Did you find any Lynchian elements in the book?

Robinson and Bagley Take over 'Justice League'

I've never understood the love affair with Bagley. After reading a long run of Ultimate Spider-man, I was so tired of the big eyes and pointy hair.

The Audience Demands It Show!

Grimm's Fairy Tales. Now hear me out on this one. My local comic shop promotes the hell out of this title. Judging by the covers, it looks like it affirms every awful stereotype about fanboys and drawings of scantily clad women. But maybe (and this is a big maybe), its actually a well written, compelling book (though I seriously doubt it). There's no way I'm  going to check this out. I...

The iFanboy Letter Column - 02/20/2009

01.21.2009 - Dark Avengers #1

I really wanted to check this book out, but I'm just not ready to give in on the $3.99 cover price. It felt like capitulating to buy the issue. I'm glad to hear its good though. I'll suppose I'll wait for the trade.

The iFanboy Letter Column - 01/16/2009!

I do generally like crime fiction. I love noir. I liked the first volume of Criminal but there was something about the pacing that I didn't like. I was just trying to decide whether or not to pick up the next trade. Speaking of Brubaker and crime fiction, I'm dying for the next Gotham Central hardcover to come out.
