The most tragic aspect of this movie turning out to be what i think was a success, is that now everyone will know how amazing this story is, and it will no longer be as special as it was before....when only "we" knew how great it was

 I'd say close to 80% of the books i get now are indie in some way shape or form (Image, vertigo, dark horse). I have taken a hatchet to my pull list lately and the books that have found themselves on the chopping block were all DC or Marvel books. Books like Brian Woods DMZ are incredible and definatly dont get enough credit.

I also enjoy the meditation of bagging and boring my comics, but recently i am feeling as though i want to make the hard move to converting some into trades. I dont think i can stop B&B my books each week, especially if they will eventually be put on ebay. I have begun looking over my long boxes and finding books, which are most viable for conversion. This is easy they should all be dropped, and if you really miss them that much pick them up in trades. I have been slowly trimming the fat of my pull list over the past year, I actually appreciate them periods of time where I am forced to take a good look at my pull list and determine which books are worth being bought. I am very very selective now, and i feel i am a better reader because of it
