Damn you iFanboys!! Just when I had my schedule all drawn up, now I have to go back to the drawing board to fit this in!  In all seriousness, this is incredible.  I'll definitely be coming by this booth often and with lots of stuff in tow.

Just listened to the Josh segment.  Good job.  It's really cool that you guys are getting to do this.  I can't think of any other site that would better represent the fanboy pov than you guys.

Stack Week, Part One: The Shaming

On Jun 16, 2008 11:44 AM

I completely understand your pain.  My stack got so bad I had to break it down into two stacks.  One for oversized and collected edditions and one for regular trades.  This is just the collected and oversized edditions: Amazing Spider-Man Omnibus Fantastic Four Omnibus X-Men Omnibus Showcase Green Lantern vol 1 Showcase Legion of Super Heroes vol 1 Jack Kirby biography by ...

06.15.2008 - 'The Incredible Hulk'

On Jun 13, 2008 8:55 AM

Just got back and man was this an improvement on the first one.  The Hulk actually felt like a character in this one instead of just a CGI creation.

Garth Ennis: It's Not About the Shock Value

On Jun 12, 2008 9:00 AM

The problem that I see with Ennis is that although he may be brilliant at characterization, this gets completely overshadowed by the shock factor that he puts into every book.  His use of shocky material is so omnipresent that it completely overshadows what could otherwise be a really good series like Preacher.  Do you really need a guy with an Arseface, a guy with a dick for a head ...

The iFanboy Letter Column - 04/11/08

On Apr 11, 2008 12:15 AM

I'm actually reading the Miller DD Omnibus right now and it is truly an incredible read and like Ron, even though I own all of the issues of the Bendis DD Omnibus, I'm considering buying it simply because I'm working on replacing series that I want to reread with trades in an effort to cut down on the boxes.

Great pick Gordon.  I picked this book up last year at WWC and it's really a good read.

03.05.2008 - Logan #1

On Mar 5, 2008 10:46 PM

Gotta say, this pick surprised me.  I read the book with great anticipation and for me that was far as it went.  The art was fantastic but that's the only saving grace of this book for me.  I'm not sure if I'm on board for the rest of this mini or not.  Josh, your pick made me go back through it one more time and even the ending left me cold on this one.  BKV is usually...

Heavy Issues with HAZED

On Feb 26, 2008 1:02 AM

This looks like somethig that I would be interested in.  Thanks for the write up Ron, though you are going to have to watch that regional bias thing you've got there becuase this seems to have united all of the Southerners on the site, including me.
