I think the point isn't that the actor portraying the Joker dies but instead that a movie that probably pushes the limits of a PG-13 rating is being marketed towards children who aren't old enough to SEE the movie. I agree that this is inappropriate. If McDonalds caught flak over marketing Happy Meals with 'Batman Returns' merchandise I can't see where this would get a pass.

Hey Conor! Fun Mini ep! A little more internet research showed that the Kirby story you talked about- Rorrg King of the Spiders, was reprinted from Journey Into Mystery #64. That's probably where the name 'Mystic' came from- an amalgam of the Marvel titles it was reprinting.
