On Nov 21, 2008 7:00 AMthat was a very personal post...thank you for that, it was unexpected and really really nice to see real experiences and genuine emotion in a post where you wouldn't expect it. friends often come from the least likely of places but you never know who is going to touch your life in unexpected ways and how you are going to affect the people in your life. the fact that your friendship had a...

On Oct 8, 2008 8:03 PMthis is the one time being a brit helped me out. i hadn't heard a peep about the end of the issue and it took me by surprise. I'm not the biggest supes fan, in fact i'm a massive batman man but i have to admit at the moment the supes books are more coherant, and more fun than the bat books. this was my pick too and rightly so. great choice The brit in a hat

Now 12 years later i'm spending almost £50 (i think abo...

On May 14, 2008 4:13 PMi loved this book, and loved that it tkaes place in my homeland. Yes britain loves comics too (we even had our own comicon last weekend, dc showed up but no marvel, boooo). but i also loved the mighty and new tie ins, i love the fact that htey are both filling in the major subplots, and answering the big questions. heaven forbid a book focusses more on plot than action, but i've loved them all...
