i dropoped flash due to it's general suckyness but can relate to ya Ron, i'm a massive batman freak and wouldn't drop them ever. as far as bruce jones on checkmate, i'll give it a go. i've loved checkmate so far and who knows he may just give us a great story.stranger things have happened! i loved this book, and loved that it tkaes place in my homeland. Yes britain loves comics too (we even had our own comicon last weekend, dc showed up but no marvel, boooo). but i also loved the mighty and new tie ins, i love the fact that htey are both filling in the major subplots, and answering the big questions. heaven forbid a book focusses more on plot than action, but i've loved them all...

forget the argument you reminded me of a long lost hero, I LOVED CAPTAIN PLANET as a kid, but didn't you feel sorry for the kid with the heart ring. EARTH, WIND, FIRE, WATER, heart!!!!! poor kid. and did you know that jeff goldblum, meg ryan and STING!! did the voices in it. AWESOME, and i'm keeping my comics to give to my kids one day....first i need to find a wife...and then have kids....but...

Kick ass #2 has to be at the top, although invasion is in there, as well as nightwing which is surprisingly good at the mo, oooh ooh and the trials of shazam finally finishes....HAPPY DAY, although living in england i have to wait til thurs to get my comic fix!!!! damn the mail, danm it to hell woop woop BQ: sat in a college classroom 'supporting students' as they work hard on coursework, man...
