I enjoyed this issue quite a bit all things said and done, but at the same time it had some problems. It was predictably other than, once again, vague hints of the overarching plot. Furtehr, consistency is an issue here. Over the last two issues Butcher has single-handedly, though be it with surprise, killed every member of Payback except Stormfront. In this issue he gets beat down viciously by Stormfront alone? I like the moment between Hughie and Annie, very fun. I'm still left to wonder when I will feel like the Boys are threatened. I still haven't felt it through 35 issues.
