Great issue of a somewhat unconventional Batman book. Whether you like it or not, Frank Miller has always been able to deliver a more realistic view of the dark knight and this issue is no different. The issue is, for the most part, an argument between Hal Jordan and Batman over crime-fighting tactics. Jordan comes off as a naive boy scout complaining that the Batman is too brutal, to which the bat replies that his methods are necessary for the criminals he fights. The story contains some action but is pretty much dialog driven and is complemented extremely well by Jim Lee's incredible artwork.
