Secret Invasion #4 (OF 8)

I was almost excited that something new was about to happen when Nick Fury came back in the last book. Sadly we still haven't progressed too much. We're halfway through this Secret Invasion run and we're still in the midst of the first battle. Thank god i read the avengers books where it talks about the new Howling Commandos otherwise i'd have no clue as to who they were. If i hadn't read Joss' Astonishing X-Men or the Who Do You Trust one-shot i'd have no idea who Agent Brand was either. And what was with the scene on the helicarrier? Didn't we have that in the last issue? Major ball dropping happening all over the place. Halfway there and still only halfway decent.
