Final Crisis #7 (OF 7)

What the fuck just happened?  I can't even begin to summariza what happens here because i can't understand it.  This issue feels flimsy and pointless.  i found myself, halfway through, wanting to just stop reading, because i couldn't understand any of what was happening.  An di wanted to like Final Crisis.  After the badass moments in issue 4, i was in, and i was sold for the rest of the series.  Then i found issue 5 and six to be wanting, and here it just all falls apart.  This issue had no flow, no sense of time, no sense of urgency, and no sense of importance.  It almost feels like Morrison had a million ideas popping around in his drug addled mind and was trying to express every single one of them into a 48 page comic book story, and forgot that he was supposed to be telling a narrative.  There are soo many moments that are inconsequential, and it feels like all the really important stuff happens off panel.  This feels like a story that should have been in The Invisibles, because at least there i dont expect to understand the stories completly, and the characters make sense in that world.  Instead Morrison is trying to shoe-horn the DCU characters into these roles, and it fails.  Alot of people were quick to write off Secret Invasion, and call Final Crisis the "Best Event of 2008", but here, with the final issue of Final Crisis out, i can say that i got sooo much more pleasure out of Secret Invasion than this muddled mess.  At least i understood Secret Invasion, flaws and all.  It at least still told a fucking story.  There is soo much in Final Crisis that was set up and never paid off, its aggravating.  Whatever happened to Libra and his team of Super Villains?  What is the 5th World?  Why exactly did Barry Allen return?  How do the heroes break free of the Anti-Life equation?  Who the hell are these superheros like Lolita Canary and Flash lightening and Sumo whatever and why the fuck should i care?  The worst part of it all, though, is that behind all of these foggy half assed ideas lies a really good Darksied story that we will probably never see, and that is what i thought i was getting.  I know its conventional, but was it too much to ask for a fight?  an actuall battle between Good and Evil, instead of a bunch or random mutliverse spuderheros talking about God Machines and Ideas?
