Green Lantern #33

Damn you, Geoff Johns! Give us some more Lantern Corps already! Not to detract from an awesome issue/story arc, but I'm getting impatient. Don't show me the first Red Lantern and then make me wait 6+ months to see her kicking some ass. (Side note: Does it bother anyone else that the Sinestro Corps isn't called the Yellow Lanterns? I mean, I know he's an egomaniac, but "Sinestro Corps Member" just doesn't have as cool of a ring to it as "Yellow Lantern" or at the very least "Gold Lantern") Anyway, this particular issue was awesome, as all GL issues have been for the last several years. The interaction between Hal and Sinestro, which comprised the bulk of this issue, was fantastic. It'll be interesting to see how Johns works out this whole Young Black Hand/Atrocitus/Green Lantern event and work it into all of their pasts. My only complaint was setting that whole fiasco in Sector 666. That's just laying it on a little thick for me. It's even worse than the name Atrocitus. I get it, he commits atrocities, just like Sinestro is sinister. I just pray Ganthet doesn't change his name to Hopeficus before the end of all of this. But yeah, this is a great story. I'm just anxious to see it end so the larger story arc can move on.
