im a broken record, but the first issue was
great, this? not so much. WHAT HAPPENED TO CLIFF-HANGERS AT THE END OF
BOOKS!!? i dont think i learned anything of importance in this issue.
nothing. what purpose did this one serve?!? im new to the ultimate U, but i didnt seem to think there was anything that moved any of the plot along at all. isnt this origin of cap the same as the regular one? why did it need almost the entire issue to tell a story everyone knows and no one cares about? bah!

Not every story needs to have a cliff-hanger. It's really a pretty cliche tactic at this point. Granted I haven't read this issue because I was dissapointed with the first issue but I'd just like to argue that one point.
