Wildguard Insider #1 (OF 3)

   

Back in an video show the iFanboys talked about a Wildguard TPB and I was intrigued by a superhero team existing to serve as a reality TV show.  After that, I forgot about it until I saw this on the comics list.  Having not read anything besides what ifanboy told me about it, I thought this was a mini-series that might help relaunch the series.

    Sadly, as the inside of the cover states this mini is reprints of strips from Wildguard.com.  So Wildguard:  Insider could be described as the behind the scenes show similar to Doctor Who:  Confidental or American Idol Extra.  The strips are for Wildguard fans but this is still accessible to new readers giving you a 4 page encyclopedia on the characters of the show.  Still, if your not interested in Wildguard in the first place your not going to jump on the wagon with this.  My suggestion go find the trade paperbacks because this issue left me wanting to read the original stuff which is probably alot better.
