I have really enjoyed the Secret Invasion story so far and I am a huge fan of BMB, but I feel this particular issue was a complete waste of time.

It honestly felt like they had only written a 6-issue story and were told by their editors to find a way to stretch it into 8 issues.

I can't say there are any spoilers in this review because nothing happened in this issue to spoil. This was one long recap issue and setup for the big battle that I thought they already set up in the last issue. The meeting between Thor and Bucky/Cap was anti-climactic and ultimately uninteresting, which is not what I expected from BMB who's trademark has been interesting dialogue.

I had been really looking forward to this book but I feel pretty disappointed in the result. I can only hope that the next issue at least does something to move the story forward. Even though we already know that Hercules and Snowbird actually won the war by defeating the Skrull gods who were backing the whole operation, the situation on earth needs to come to a climax and eventually...hopefully... a resolution.

How come the art got a 3?  Personally, I think Yu is drawing a fantastic book.  What didn't you like about it?
