Within the last year we had Secret Invasion, Final Crisis, R.I.P, New Krypton, Rann/Thanagar, Reign in Hell, Battle for the Cowl and War of Kings, so many events that I started to question whether I would buy any new events. That was before I read the prologue to Messiah War.
Any writer who wants to write an event or even a mini series should read this issue. It perfectly told the reader where the story is going and where it has been. It perfectly is accessible to new reader and not a waste of money for fans of the Cable and X-force series. Also, the art in this book is fantastic, and gorgeous. Everything from the designs, coloring, and inking totally fits the book.
Messiah War is the event that killed my event fatigue. i am really looking forward to this event and on a plus side Deadpool is in this. Its worth the money

I was very pleasantly surprised by this comic. I hope the rest of the event keeps up the quality.
