This is a great conclusion to a very satisfying series. Tieri crafted a story that hit all corners of the Batman Universe and did it in a way that weaved a very entertaining plot through it. At the end of this issue I have a new respect for the Penguin. Tieri took a character that I didn't care all that much about, and created a new role for him that fits and that I for one think is really interesting.
The art is great as always from this artist. I really like his take on the Batman corner of the DCU, and hope that he gets another chance soon to play in this toybox. His presentation of the Penguin helped Tieri achieve the task of making him sympathetic. Over all an outstanding issue that leaves me hoping this team can return to the threads left from this series very soon.
