As a primarily DC fan I was really anticipating this issue. While I think it did not accomplish its mission to present the DCU to a non-comic book fan, it did pump me up for their upcoming stories. All of the threads introduced here really excited me, and made me want to buy all the stories spinning out of this. The art was phenomenal, with multiple pencillers and inkers it really flowed. The reveal of Barry's pending return left me at the edge of my seat. The one flaw with this book is that it was all hype, and very little actual story. I think it was intended to be this way though, and accomplished the goal of introducing the readers to DC's upcoming plans.
