Terry Moores Echo #13
Review by changingshades:
By Terry Moore
Price: $3.50
I really need to start reading this book in trade.
It isn't that it's
bad. It just totally reads like a chapter in a book that just assumes
you've read everything up until then and moves along.
I like this book.
I've become a huge Moore fan over the last year or so as I've read all
of Strangers in Paradise in those handy little digests they made a
while back, but now reading this issue to issue is infuriating.
I
assume the huge guy at security is associated with the bikers, but I
don't know if he was the actual guy from the bikers or just the brother
as he said. However there were still a few stand out scenes.
The
intelligence of the agent in the plane, both with the infection and the
truck, makes her one of the most well rounded people I've read in
comics in a while. I did like the scene at HENRi and the bit with the
sister's old house was heart wrenching.
The art is great, and I love
how Moore does faces.
I just really need to show patience and read this
in trade format.
