So I should say right off that I didn't actually read this issue.  I got a couple of pages in, skipped to the next story, got a few panels in, skipped to the next story, etc.

These characters had little to nothing to do with Battle For The Cowl.  The Persona of Gotham chick who appears at the start of the issue was interesting concept when she first appeared (during the pages of Nightwing?  I think) but isn't really a character they need to keep around, unless they've got a fantastically interesting revelation about her, or some giant character development.  If it happened during this issue, they lost me before it occured.

Story: 1 - Poor Art: 4 - Very Good
