I've been on board with this spin-off since it started. While I've enjoyed every issue a little more than the previous one, I was surprised by how well Ennis wrapped this storyline up. It was like a Boys climax with a Battlefields epilogue. I like it when Ennis surprises me. And this was a welcome surprise.

@akamuu: I just finished. The end was hardly spectacular. All that really happened is that Godfrey and his Red River buddies bought the farm. Hardly anything I'd call an "EVENT."

@robbydzwonar Kind of. Or more like Herogasm is another The Boys arc. In the timeline, it belongs right in there. Collecting Preacher, they did something similar.

I have all the issues except this one. I only read the first three though. I'm gonna read them all in one sitting come this weekend. I hope volume five of The Boys is right around the corner.
