Captain America Reborn #1 (OF 5)

I fully support Steve Rogers returning to the Marvel U but this is not a good start. The whole unstuck in time idea feels very used and old to me. The art was okay but I don't like anything this issue had to offer. Also when did faceless HAMMER goons start looking like faceless Cobra goons?
