Detective Comics #850

Ok, so Hush shows up in Wayne Manor and, naturally, Alfred knows what's up.  Upon hearing that Batman had tipped off his butler, Hush comments that he thought his "staff" would have been more effective in halting Bats.  Then we flash back, and find that Hush left the scene with Batman -on the loose-.  Really, Hush?  You didn't think Batman would handle your flunkies easily?  For a villain that's been so careful and calculated, that little oversight bugged me a bit, but I got over it pretty quickly since I loved Hush's reaction to the Batcave so much.  Otherwise, this was a fine issue.  Thankfully, they didn't insult us by holding on to Hush's ambiguous "death" for too long, and dealt with that in the same issue.  Also, it was nice to see Bruce admit he loved Selina, even if reluctantly.  I didn't think this issue was quite as good as the rest of this arc, but still worth the read.  I don't think I'll ever really like Nguyen's art, though, but I have gotten a little more used to it.
