Fantastic Four #568

The last issue sure was a lot of build up to... this? I've been an avid follower of the Millar/Hitch FF and I think it's been way more hit than miss but this issue didn't really build upon the excitement of last issue. I felt the end of the issue hard to follow and I thought this would be more action packed. Hitch's artwork, usually top-notch also felt a bit rushed this week. Although that may be that his work in Captain America: Reborn is simply much better. Overall this was a serviceable issue and it builds up to the climactic battle but it just doesn't measure up to the rest of the story which has been so exciting and over the top.
