Titans #14

Its been a while since I really enjoyed a Titan's book. This one featuring probably the most interesting character the Titans have ever had, Cyborg, was a welcome issue. However, the book itself seems to be searching for its place in the DCU. A good one shot issue, but is in danger of getting dropped unless the next arc grabs my attention quickly.
