I don't have a history with these Titans, so I'm not feeling the nostelgia of the return of the group.  Having said that this was a vast improvement over last issue, and is starting to turn into a fairly decent comic book.  The art was nice, the writing was good and if it keeps improving I can see people starting to take notice of it one day.

If it keeps improving and if it lasts that long.

It was a fun book.  I'm not sure if being a blank Titans slate let me come to it fresh and enjoy it more, or hindered me and made me miss the inside jokes and the warm and fuzzy feeling that I might get from say a book about the original X-Men coming together (X-Men: First Class on sale now).

It was good.  It was competent.  It was a comic book.  I think all the words were spelled correctly.

Story: 2 - Average Art: 3 - Good
