I find Red Hulk to be a vastly more interesting character than Banner these days. Maybe it's the fact that Red Hulk is still a fresh face in Marvel Comics and brings something new to the table, which Banner hasn't done in some time (at least, not in in any manner that left an impression on me).

I've read Pak's latest issues of INCREDIBLE, and I dare say it's a snooze fest at best. It may just need time to build momentum, but I fail to care enough to follow it. INCREDIBLE is currently not worth the 3.99, a price "justified" by (in my opinion) a lame backup feature, whereas HULK packs enough mystery, action, suspense, and outright SMASHING to make the standard-size issues feel well worth the price tag. Also worthy of mention is Loeb's tendency to include great guest-stars like the Punisher, Deadpool, and X-Force in this arc.

Loeb is the definitive writer of fun modern Hulk stories, in my estimation.
