Or, maybe not everyone feels that this is parked in neutral. Me, I'm not a "plot" guy. I'm a character guy. And this had lots of character interaction. We're only 1/4 of the way through the story! It was a great time, IMHO, for little character beats like the ones found here. I'd prefer something like this to something that packs in too many plot twists with no real time spent on the emotional points of the story. This seemed well-paced to me.

I can see your point, but I'm still trying to look at the broader picture of this mini-series. I'm still optimistic this story will progress into something satisfying in the end. I do have problem with pretty important background Skrull info being revealed in N.A. 40... the history of the Skrull's new tech and abilities should be part of the main book, NOT IN A TIE IN (in my opinion).
