I'll use a variation of an old cliche to explain my experience with this particular issue.
Me & Superhero Comics = Camel
GL #41 = Straw
My Back = Broken
Fair warning: I put this book down after the first ten pages or so. That's just how brutal it was for me.
Between the far too busy art, the ridiculous amount of GL lore/jargon packed into the story, and the absence of any personality from Hal, this issue might have single-handedly turned me off of monthly superhero titles.
A totally unrewarding reading experience.
Story: 1 - Poor
Art: 3 - Good
