Incognito #4

This issue felt like it was rolling in neutral a bit. The progression of the story just starts to crawl. Now this wouldn’t always be a bad thing as long as we get some character development or maybe delve into the history of this universe. Instead we get a bunch of recycled concepts we have scene in the first few issues. Zack smoking weed on the roof and having an awkward interaction with the girl from the office again. Mr. Death or Dr. Death, the big bad, in prison speaking telepathically to his lawyer again. Zack sleepwalking through work again. Nothing new there, we do get a very great glimpse into the worlds of the bad and good guy groups. I loved the scene in which the Overkill brothers are being indoctrinated as children on what to expect during capture but it is little more than a tease. The art is the same high quality it was in issue one and on par for Phillips. The backup material or promo for Operator No. 5 was awesome. I assume it is a new comic coming out that revitalizes some old pulp comic and if it is anything like the write up I am in.
