Booster Gold #19

WHEWWWWWW this really felt like I was running laps here. This just went in circles navigating more circles. I thought the last issue ended this arc but I guess a prologue knocking me over the head with last issues points was needed. We did get a random Buck Rodgers like Rip Hunter story tossed it to pad pages. But next arc is Booster in the U.S.S.R. so that is cool right? Art was decent, except the time machine looked like a a big shadow in the desert at times
