The Gastometrist was written by Xeric award winner Jason McNamara and illustrated Tony Talbert and was originally presented in a limited mini-comic run. This is the first time it's appeared collected on the web.

I love that there has to have been at least a couple of seconds of planning the perspective of that. How they should hang, where they should point, etc. Haha.
As a man with tits, I am going to call shennanegains on those tits. Those are National Geographic, not manboobs. Manboobs are conic, not cylindrical.
