I read the solicitation for this one. Sounds like Wanda says "No more powers" instead of the infamous "No more mutants". I really loved the house of M and typically enjoy the What If? titles. I always enjoy the alternate histories and from what I understand, this is the first in a long line of upcoming What If? books from Marvel, ranging from Fallen Son to the Fantastic 4 again.
