Ultimate Spider-Man #125

Ultimate Spider-Man #125

The War of the Symbiotes rages on - and the next victim may be Spider-Man himself! The high-flying Beetle has sliced off a tentacle of the slavering symbiote called Venom - but what does he want with it? Howling in pain, Venom gives chase to his tormentor through the streets of Manhattan, catching the attention of a certain wall-crawler. And when all three combatants come together, what occurs is so shocking, so unexpected, it could only happen in the book in which anything can happen!

After 125 issues - still consistently the best Spider-Man book to read. I'm enjoying the whole approach to Eddie Brock.

I agree. The first two issues of this rocked big time.

This book has been as steadily great as any book has ever been.

i love that this book made me care about eddie. i never considered that if a guy get powers and has no secret hideout and what have you that he's basically homeless. eddie went from doing pretty well in school at empire state to living on the streets all because he got powers

This is what every series in the marvel universe needs to be. They need to take a couple years, dont do tie ins and huge events and just focus on simple, fun stories. This book is awesome. Hands down.

I love this book. Everytime I see a new issue on the shelf I'm a happy boy. Venom creeps me out. A horse? Wow.

I've heard nothing but good things about this book and after reading my first issue of Ultimate Spider-man I'm happy to say that I'll be sticking around.
