I really felt let down by the series iself in this case. I normally love Casey's work, but this story took an awful long time to develop, and the payoff was a little weak in my opinion. Basically a new team emerges, and that's it.
I tried to like the art, but in the end I felt it didn't suit the book.

have to agree with you on the art warlock .... a new team emerges .. the new nighthawk and son of satan are interesting ... she hulk is okay ... krang is an idiot.

I always get a little down when a Defenders limited comes to an end. I wish we could have a regular series for this non-team again.
