Immortal Iron Fist Orson Randall Death Queen
The minute he saw the dame, Orson Randall knew he was in for a heap of hurt -- all in. But he wouldn't be the hard-boiled hero he was if he didn't go sniffing after trouble. Hero? Randall stopped the laugh in his throat. Drowned it in a slug of bourbon. Randall's no hero. 1920s Los Angeles just ain't the time or the place for a guy like that. Ain't the time or place for the Immortal Iron Fist. Orson Randall's just trying to figure the angle. And if he has to unload his .45s to do it, so much the better. Orson Randall's just in it for the skirt.

I will pick this one up, but I had to check to make sure it was not another reprint issue. I got burned on that last one. Dang...

Posted by Balefuego on 09/23/08 at 02:48 PMI'm debating picking this one up. I don't love Orson's stories, but I love what they add to the Iron Fist legacy. That being said, I don't want to feel suckered into buying anything and everything that says "Iron Fist" on the cover. Hopefully people can give this good enough praise that I will want to pick it up later this week.
Posted by drakedangerz on 09/23/08 at 09:40 PMI'm on the fence with this, as well, primarily due to lack of funds. I'll flip through it at the shop and see if it intrigues me enough to spend the $4 on it.
Posted by Paradiddle on 09/24/08 at 01:03 PMThis was my POW, I loved it. Art, story, action. It had it all.

More Orson Randall stories are always welcome, with Giuseppe Camuncoli pencils to boot. Excited to pick this one up.
