I assume this is the last arc in Brubaker's run?  DD's been great over the past year

I jumped on for this arc.  Picked up the last two issues a few days ago and loved them.  Can't wait to see where this goes

Super excited for this one, DD is sooo good right now.

Looking forward to the Daredevil/Kingpin marriage Brubaker promised.

@Wade-Why?  Damn Mephisto is just going to rob us of this one again anyways.  That hateful bastard

Posted by drakedangerz on 04/21/09 at 12:01 PM

So I take it that this is a horrible, horrible jumping on point?

The variant cover for this book is awesome.

 Anyway this book has been slaying.   I love it.

@Slockhart-You can go back and pick up issue #116 and go from there.  I did it.

Solid issue.  I'm loving this story

I have the same feelings about this book that I have about Captain America.  When you read it in issues, nothing seems to happen.  It's solid month in, and month out, but I never get that "oh shit!" feeling I should feel so I come back for the next issue.

Just like Captain America, I'm moving to trades with this.  They both read better in that format.

I thought this was awesome; we're really starting to see how Daredevil can be as much an enemy to Matt Murdoch as Kingpin, Bullseye ('gentleman' and 'lady' versions), or any other of his villians. I mean, we've always seen it, but now with Foggy reading him the riot act, shit just got for realsies!!

@Slokhart

I jumped on at this issue, and I was fine. I'm still gonna get DD 116 and 117 but you don't need to.

I mostly jumped on because I wanted to put to test the theory that you can just jump in on a Comic. And I'm a DD fan.

I too jumped on with this issue, and loved it. Great 4 star book, I'm very upset I didn't start reading this  earlier.

Great stuff again.  Have to say I am more than a little uncertain about Diggle's imminent arrival.  I've read some good stuff from him, but also some average work.  Also, could this be one of those books that just need an american at the helm, when it's so rooted in Hell's Kitchen?  It could be the reverse of the Hellblazer curse, which suffered somewhat under an American writer i.e. Azzarello.
