Brian Reed did something amazing with this mini. Captain Marvel's return during Civil War seemed like an ill-conceived afterthought. In these pages, however, Reed has given him relevance and a legitimate place in the Marvel Universe.
I'm curious as to whether this was planned all along, or if Joe Quesada realized how badly they screwed up in Civil War: The Return, and let Reed take a shot at cleaning up the mess.
