I loved the quirky ending of #3! Completely unexpected curveball! Hilarious stuff!
And day-yum! These are fine covers!!!
this has been typical Hickman - must read amazing stuff
Posted by BrikHed on 11/24/08 at 08:00 PMLoved this series, glad to have it over so I can re-read it all (as I just did with Pax Romana).
Posted by SunnyvaleTrash on 11/25/08 at 02:51 PMFinally, it pays off. I was afraid that I just wasn't "getting it" but then on the last few pages it all made sense.
Posted by goat77 on 11/26/08 at 05:51 PMshould i get this in trade?
Posted by edward on 11/26/08 at 09:52 PMYes you should Edward! This was great. I hope to have the time to write a review.
Posted by JumpingJupiter on 11/26/08 at 11:07 PMSuperb ending. Extremely well done. Now, if my local comic shop could get an undamaged copy of Pax Romana.

Posted by cromulent on 11/28/08 at 09:56 AMYeah, excellent satire!
Posted by JumpingJupiter on 11/28/08 at 10:02 AMHilarious but poignant ending. no matter how far we've come as a species, we have negative tendencies and behaviour that never cease.

First three were great, except for the ending of Issue #3. Hopefully they pull it out and the end doesn't trash this great mini.
