Pulls being down is not good. I don't understand why Kate Spencer is not resonating with more people. Anyone who read Alias or is reading Daredevil should be into this.

This book is my surprise book of the year. Never read or cared about Manhunter until I picked up the series return issue. Great stuff!

Maybe the reason no one is picking it up because....They never rebooted the series back to #1? Seriously didnt this get on hitaus around 31-32 issue mark? Then they bring it back and goes right back into the setting and story that no basic comic book reader will understand cause it went on hitaus for so long.
It sounds certainly interesting but I would love to read the other 30-odd issues before I go into a story that is already deep into it's own plot...

Actually, issue #31 has a very eloquent recap of the story so far. I would say that it's mostly straight-forward from that point on except for issue #34.

I would caution everyone freaking out about the pulls. Pulls are down this week across the board, most likely because it's such a light week that less people are coming to the site to pull their books. Looking week-to-week is not as important as looking for trends.

@TheNextChampion - I started the book upon the reboot having never read a MANHUNTER comic in my life and had no trouble following it. It was written as new reader friendly.

I also started on the reboot & haven't been lost at all. I'm also reading through the trades to catch up & I wish I was reading this since the start because it's now one of my favourite comics.

I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be "the Feds'" but I'm now envisioning Kate defeating her enemies by raising interest rates.
